Brief History

Web Relations began as a truly entrepreneurial effort when Doros Kyriakoulis started the company in 2002, , working from his apartment. WWith vision and persistence he dedicated himself to improving the state of the Greek Internet and to designing state-of-the-art web solutions that would satisfy his clients and raise common standards.

Since, the company has grown continuously. Hard work and devotion have translated into success and Web Relations is proud to count a number of major Greek companies among its clients. Today, Web Relations is an S.A. with a total staff of 16, operating in accordance with ISO 9001 quality procedures. 

Working with talented people specialized in every part of web development, Web Relations looks forward to addressing new challenges and consolidating its position as one of Greece’s most important web agencies.

2002

On January 3rd 2002 Doros Kyriakoulis establishes Web Relations at his house in Kalamaki. Initially, Doros collaborates with a team of three developers who were later known as Radial.

2003

Following continued growth and the need for better infrastructure, the business is relocated to new offices in Kolonaki. A first developer is hired.

2004

During the year of the Olympic Games, the team grows by an additional person. Three great websites - Ginis, Beautycom and Movieland, created at the time, are still active today.

2005

The business is relocated to a privately owned space in Ano Nea Smirni, with more office space and lower costs. The team grows by three new persons in the development department and two new persons in the sales department.

2006

Staff has grown to seven and we are better organized. We start having more business, also handling many "Δικτυωθείτε" projects (program sponsored by the Greek government for the technological upgrade of Greek companies).

2007

We are now ten staff and continue growing and increasing our turnover.

2008

With now 13 staff, the Nea Smirni office has become too small and we relocate to our current offices in Gazi. Tasks and roles are more clearly defined. We take part in our first trade show, the Dte expo and are certified by Google.

2009

We are now 16 staff and have turned into an ISO 9001 certified S.A.. We take part in the WebWorld trade show, become members of the Interactive Agency Bureau and open two new departments: development of iPhone applications and business consultancy.
