Creation

We create professional layouts based on your communication needs, e.g. newsletter pages containing your logo and selected graphics.

In every standard template you choose, there are specific areas where you can directly enter relevant information, such as company news and photos.

You can furthermore add newsletter title, recipients, e-mail address appearing as sender and e-mail address used for replies.

Sending

You organize e-mails by groups, e.g. clients, collaborators, website queries, etc.

Your e-mail lists will include recipients who registered via your website, but can be extended by contacts from other lists, e.g. an excel file.

Once you have entered the content of the newsletter you can send it immediately to the group of e-mail recipients selected or you specify a future date and time at which the e-mail will be sent automatically.

Recipients are able to delete their details from the recipient list if they so wish, by clicking a link in the bottom area of the newsletter.

Statistics

You can monitor the efficiency of a mass newsletter campaign. For every newsletter you send, you will know the number of recipients, the number of those who received it, of those who read it and those who clicked a link in the newsletter to enter your website.

The application not only counts how many people have read your newsletter, but also provides a list of names and e-mails of those who viewed images or clicked on a link.

In this way you can control the efficiency of your campaign and focus on those who appeared most interested in your news.
